Membership Terms & Conditions

Memberships are designed to make prioritising your wellbeing effortless, offering a consistent rhythm of care with exclusive member benefits.

• Memberships require an initial commitment of three consecutive months.

• Payments are collected monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

• Following the initial three-month commitment, memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice before the next payment date.

• Memberships are personal to the named member and cannot be transferred, shared or exchanged for cash or credit.

• One unused treatment may be carried over into the following calendar month. Any additional unused treatments will expire.

• Treatments must be used within your membership period and cannot be accumulated indefinitely.

• Members may choose the treatments included within their membership as outlined in their selected plan.

• Priority booking is available for recurring appointments, subject to availability.

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be treated as used and deducted from the monthly allocation.

• Memberships may be upgraded at any time. The new membership rate will apply from the next payment date unless otherwise agreed.

• Memberships cannot be downgraded during the initial three-month commitment. Thereafter, downgrades may be requested with 30 days' notice.

• If prices change, members will receive a minimum of 30 days' notice before any new pricing takes effect.

• Restora Lymphatics reserves the right to amend membership benefits where necessary. Members will always be given reasonable notice of any significant changes

• Treatment results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. We will work together on a treatment schedule tailored to your goals, but outcomes are influenced by factors including lifestyle, hydration, medical history and adherence to aftercare advice.

• By purchasing a monthly or fortnightly package, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Treatment Course Terms

• Full payment is required before your first appointment.

• Treatment courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Courses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or refunds.

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be deducted from the remaining treatments in your course.

• Course pricing and savings apply only when all treatments are purchased together and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or memberships.

• Treatment results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. We will work together on a treatment schedule tailored to your goals, but outcomes are influenced by factors including lifestyle, hydration, medical history and adherence to aftercare advice.

By purchasing a treatment course, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. 

Wedding & special event package terms

• Full payment is required before your first appointment to secure your package.

• Packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or refunds.

• The standard cancellation policy applies to every appointment within the package. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will be deducted from your package.

• We understand that plans can change. With at least 48 hours' notice, appointments can be rescheduled.

• Your package should be completed within the agreed treatment plan and no later than your wedding or special event date unless otherwise agreed.

• We recommend booking your full treatment schedule in advance to ensure your preferred dates and times are available.

• While every effort will be made to accommodate changes, last-minute appointment requests cannot be guaranteed.

• Any unused sessions remaining after your wedding or special event date will expire unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
